SONIHULL
SONIHULL is a launched app that provides a variety of after-sale services about Sonihull product, which is an ultrasonic anti-fouling system installed on ships. This app includes Installation Guide, Installation Videos, Overnight Support and Live Support services. Meanwhile, users can manage their Sonihull devices in their personal profile. Especially in the Live Support section, users can get support from remote assistant by using Augmented Reality.

Remote Assistant
Using Augmented Reality, the remote assistant is able to draw on their desktop screen to provide a better guidance and instructions while having a video call with users. This feature is developed by using AR Foundation and Agora Video SDK in Unity.
Live Support
While the remote assistant is helping the user from desktop, the user can see the remote assistant’s drawings on their phone. The user can also record the video chat as videos on their device to check in the future.
Installation Guide
Installation Guide provides users a manual brochure depending on their Sonihull product.
Installation Video
Installation Video allows users to see from the camera to check their product while watching the videos.
Overnight Support
Overnight Support allows users to send email with attached photos and they will receive replies in 48 hour.
Personal Profile
Users can manage their devices in their personal profile. They can add/delete devices with Sonihull product, check device information and manage device warranty.
Future Potentials
Remote assistant is very useful for after-sale services and many other use cases. Since AR Foundation has added Object and Human Occlusion in the AR Foundation 4.0, virtual contents can be more accurate and easy understand.
